Having led the opening and lease-up of eight retirement communities at two of Canada's leading premium operators, we understand what it takes to bring a new development to life. Our strategies have consistently exceeded pro forma lease-up objectives, with some communities achieving occupancy targets in as little as three months. We work alongside clients to assess readiness, identify strengths and gaps, and develop practical strategies and plans that position each community for a successful opening and lease-up.

Our first product brand, Déjà vu, focuses on memory care innovations designed to improve experiences and outcomes for residents living with cognitive impairment in retirement and long-term care settings.
